Let the Inquisition Begin

Once again, we begin the inquisition ...

Every week we'll answer questions and after you've enjoyed the blog on this site we'll direct you to another. So come back often for a thrilling ride! Tell your friends and feel free to ask us questions in the comment box.'

This week’s questions are from Rebekah Ganiere. (I've just starting reading her soon to be released book, and I have to say that I am loving it.)

Who is your favorite character you've written and why?

My favorite character so far is the grandmother of the heroine in Rekindled Fire. She is feisty, lippy, spunky and sarcastic. Even at 80, she loves men and flirting with them. With a heart of gold, a sense of humor and a 'give 'em hell' attitude, she is the woman I want to be when I get old(er.)

Do you prefer to write your Hero or Heroine?

I prefer to write my heroes. I find that I have a tendency to make my heroines react like I would. Keeping my own personality out of the heroine is a struggle for me. It is much easier to write heroes and make them dance to any tune I desire. (Picturing a room full of men dancing as I pull their strings.)

What are the three things you can't write without?

Coffee.
Scotch.

Chocolate.
Images of frolicking nearly naked men. *grin*

  5. Already ladies, it is on! I'm booking a writing party. We'll start by watching a game of masters lacrosse. You know, sweaty half naked men being all macho. Then, we'll make those men take us out for drinks. Only after that will we start in on the writing. A good time shall be had by all of us!
